Cancellation policy:

The organization reserves the right to cancel or suspend the event if circumstances, whether external or not, require it.

· Cancellations 30 days or less: no refund.
· Cancellations 31-60 days: 50% refund.
· Cancellations 61 days or more: 100% refund.
