Kirtan is a practice of mantra chanting in call-and-response format. Through the repetition of these sacred vibrations, the mind stops and the heart opens, creating a space of subtle and deep connection. No prior experience required: just let yourself be carried by rhythm, voice and group energy. Collective chanting becomes a meditative and joyful journey, leading to a state of presence, unity and inner expansion.
