My teacher authorized me to teach the first and second series of Ashtanga Yoga and, together with my colleague Rafa Martínez, I share this method and accompany students in their processes at our space, Mysore House Madrid, along with a wonderful team of teachers trained by us.
My deep interest and commitment to the process of mental transformation and the spiritual path have led me to engage in therapeutic work for many years, which has allowed me to deepen my self-knowledge—something I consider essential on this journey.
I have trained in Gestalt Therapy and Trauma work, which allows me to offer a deeper understanding of mental processes. My main interest in teaching Ashtanga Yoga is to support each person’s profound transformation so that they can live from awareness and experience a kind of happiness that is less literal… yet more stable and lasting.
