Are the classes held outdoors or indoors?

Both open and indoor spaces are used, although most classes take place indoors. The venues for The Yoga Gallery Fest offer environments for walking or relaxing outdoors.

If I don’t want to attend all the asana classes, are there workshops or alternative activities?

Of course, attending all the classes is not mandatory. You can organize your schedule as you prefer. Combine it with workshops, talks, meditations, walks, or simply enjoy the surroundings.

What is the TYG Lab?

These are experimental sessions combining asanas with other activities that might not initially seem related. Check the program for more information.

In what language will the classes be held?

Most sessions will be bilingual in Catalan and English. If needed, the organization will provide translation services. For some activities, such as talks, audio devices will be available for simultaneous interpretation/translation.
