ALEJANDRA
ESTRADA

YOGA, SINGING AND RITUAL, WORKSHOPS

Alejandra entered the world of yoga in 2005, guided by the need to ease the pain carried by her physical and emotional body.
Although she studied Biological Sciences, she pursued a professional career in photography. At the same time, she began studying contemporary dance at the Madrid Conservatory, despite being told she did not have «physical qualities», but did have great sensitivity. Her yoga practice became part of her life as a mirror in which to look within: at times a great challenge, and at others, a refuge.
After nine years of travelling to India, she found a balance between a modern perspective and a deep respect for tradition, an approach with which she feels profoundly aligned. Over the past ten years, a path towards the liberation of the Self has gradually opened for her, one that involves integrating our own shadows and vulnerability, anchoring this memory in the body through not only yoga practice, but also energy work, sound, symbol and circular breathing.
Through individual and group sessions, workshops and trainings, she cultivates and shares tools for emptying ourselves again and again, shedding the masks and armour we have believed would protect or elevate us, and thereby recovering the ability to return to our essence and connect with our sovereignty through vulnerability.
She currently carries out all her work at Casa Raíz Málaga, where she lives with her human, animal and plant family, and which she tends every day with her hands and her heart.

PEDRO
ARCE

YOGA, MEDITATION, AYURVEDA, WORKSHOPS

Pedro Arce is the director of AIYA, Institute of Yoga and Ayurveda, and for the past twenty years has pursued ongoing research and teaching in yoga, meditation, Ayurveda, massage and somatic techniques. His work is distinguished by an integration of tradition, technical rigour and embodied experience, giving rise to an approach that is solid, precise and deeply contemporary.
With a degree in Chemistry, he brings a structured and analytical perspective that enriches his teaching. His approach coherently integrates postural practice, fascial work, somatic regulation, therapeutic touch, Ayurvedic massage, meditation and inner work—not as isolated disciplines, but as complementary dimensions of a single process of transformation.
Over the years, he has trained teachers and accompanied students through processes of deepening aimed at a clearer understanding of the body, energy, attention and consciousness. Also influenced by the internal arts, his work is characterised by sobriety, precision and a demanding approach to practice, far removed from superficial formulas.
At a time when much of the wellness discourse tends towards simplification, Pedro Arce represents a distinctive voice: an approach grounded in method and depth, with a genuine ability to build bridges between traditional knowledge, somatic awareness and human experience.
